Fresh Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches!
1 container if Waitrose Essential Tomato Soup (600g)
Dash fresh cracked black pepper
1 loaf of fresh bread (I have a bread machine)
100g Red Leister Cheese, grated
1/2c red onion, grated
Tbsp butter
Spray extra virgin olive oil EVOO
1. Pour contents of soup and pepper into stove top pan cook on low
2. 3 spritz of EVOO
3. Slice bread and butter outside of top & bottom slices
4. Grate cheese and onion together
5. Fill sandwiches and add to hot griddle pan, fry until golden brown, flip and repeat.
6. Plate up and eat immediately, yum!
