Join Bon Voyage Friends as we share stories of travel and life adventures. The journey began over 10 years ago when Alpha Delta Pi sorority sisters, Diana and Monica traveled to Finland for a university conference. While dining at a Spanish restaurant in the tiny Finnish town of Porvoo-Borga, they came up with the idea to select a new destination each year for an annual holiday. Fudge Coffee Ice Cream Bars
This recipe was handed down by my Mom. I used to ask for this to be my birthday cake! I've loved it since I was a kid, probably why coffee ice cream is still one of my favourite flavours. I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I do!
